If proof was ever needed that you don’t always need to go for the most expensive option then this is it. The FSM13E1 features a quick heat up time and impressive water storage capacity and all at a great price too.

The coveted ‘Best Buy’ status from Which is more than deserved and puts the Black & Decker on equal footing with the Shark Steam Mop in terms of value for money.
Of course, being much cheaper, you don’t get all the impressive features and performance you would from the Shark but, if you just want a cheap and effective steam mop, this the one for you.
The mop itself is fairly lightweight and easy to handle. It does, however, also have an impressive run-time which is unusual for a budget option.
On the downside, the cable is quite short at 4 metres which may prove restrictive but, so long as you have plenty of power points, this should prove too much of a problem.
